You ppl definately under estimate the US Gov. Just think of how many US Armed Forces Personel get brainwashed for pride and being all you can be and college tuition. Knowing the little I do of history, never underestimate the Gov or any Gov and the lenths that they will go to, to get what they want. Look at the manhattn project many of those scientist had first hand expereince of what war could do and strong morals. However who can denie their passion to do what they want to the highest level ?

Now I grew up with autocad, can't say I liked it, probable for about 5 years now. Mostly architectural. I knew there biggest compitition was microstation, saw a few larg firms actually switch over. now if I am not mistaken this is UNIX based. can anyone confirm or denie this ???
you know, you make a good point. I hate teh fact that intel overprices there CPU's and keeps writing that CPU specific crap in there. If your making a CPU give it braun and muscle... LONG LIVE ALPHA !!! but your right, intel does support the linux community,and others. but there CPU's are just too expensive
