A drill press (my favourite shop tool), band saw, soldering iron + assorted accessories,
dremel, spools of wire, resistors, caps, etc., two by fours of various lengths and qualities,
Bunsen burner (this is key),
striker,
beakers of various sizes and shapes (Erlenmeyer for the win),
sink,
vice,
hand tools (if in doubt, get the bigger hammer),
a bunch of nails to hang things from,
Shop-Vac,
and a lot of band-aids.
