I do not understand your statement. If you have been hit by the virus, then RSA would encrypt your already encrypted files. RSA is asymmetric crypto, thus to make it a clear text it would need to use your personal private key (if you would have used RSA). Thus impossible.
Even, if it would use symmetric crypto, and you also, then it would need to use your symmetric key.
