That would be nice if Obama would dissolve Homeland Security and the Patriot Act. But we'll see. It might be tough to do while trying to be a post-racial, post-partisan President.

This sounds like a pretty stupid use of money. I mean yeah I understand the arguments that these officers need to be pampered, massaged and played soothing melodies to keep them in tip top decision making shape... but like really aren't there more important problems we could solve with that money?
