I enjoy calling things "gay", and using as many racial slurs as possible, just because I know how stupid it all is. If you judge on those criteria, you're nothing in my book anyway...
Stupid homo faggot jew nigger kike spic honky chink-gooks with no sense of humour, I say.
Well, it compiled just fine... trying to play an mp3 causes it to die, though. (freezes and eats 99.9% CPU until killed).... ah, the joys of alpha software. This definately sucks. I use x11amp 0.7 all of the time, so I was pretty excited.
0.) Setup a decoy 95 machine. 1.) Get the goobers to come out to your place and set the line/modem up 2.) Once they leave, you're free to reverse engineer the hardware and write a linux driver.
Linus and Co. have been doing a wonderful job with 2.2.0. I've been running the pre kernels religously, and have not experienced any crashes or unstable behaviour.
I skipped it initially, and now I want to go. Why?...Well, personally, I've always wanted to take philosophy and art courses. It also serves as an all important buffer period before you have the joy of dealing with the harsh reality of working for the rest of your life.
If SGI is smart, they've got an army of hackers making sure these 'tweaks' are ready as soon after this bugger is announced.
IMHO, The move to an x86/NT scheme already showed that they aren't too bright. I'm part of a minority who happened to like their mips-based machines...
And I thought the PalmV was going to be Color.
