  1. The BT stack can do this on Desktop As a Cellphone Extension? · · Score: 1

My depressingly cheap and tiny USB dongle comes with a bluetooth stack that allows you to do just that - connect to the phone via BT, dial, and use PC's speaker and mic as the BT headset.

How about just a USB mouse? one of those with extra buttons.

I've been to Lake Titicaca in Peru and seen the two warships on what is the highest lake in the world. If correctly I recall, the ships were built part by part in the UK, shipped by ships and then train and alpaca over about 5 years across the Andes, and then built on the lakeshore. Still functional (although they had to change the engline to one which works on Alpaca droppings). Recommended visit.

  5. YES to Turtle Graphics on Best Way to Get Kids Started in Programming? · · Score: 1
Yes! LOGO and Turtle Graphics are indeed a great way to get into programming. In fact, my CS BSc project was a turtle graphics enabled version of Scheme for Win32. It even has multithreading (with multple turtles!) that are wasy enough (I think) even for children.
