  1. Re:Importance of warm-up on Stretching Before Exercising Weakens Muscles · · Score: 1

Agreed! I've never heard of stretching to improve your ability. You stretch early so you don't tear later. Being an active practitioner of No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu and Submission Wrestling, I wouldn't roll on the mats AT ALL w/o stretching first. Anyway, it makes sense that you would loose a little performance if you held stretches repetitively for 20-30 seconds. That's not stretching...that's an exercise, 10 seconds is a stretch.

Social Engineering is definitely the weakest link! I can't remember where I found the article, but it was about a team of guys (tiger team) who STRICTLY used social engineering to obtain confidential information from companies. Including employee records with SSN's, with a 100% success rate. They have never walked out of a building without getting what they came in for...and this is all done from walking around inside the building.

Take a lappy w/ your fav distro and load ALL the Compiz Fusion stuff on it. The kids would love seeing the cube desktop with random color burn animaitons. Eye candy holds kinds of that age attention more than anything. My wife is an elementary teacher, and everything she does is FULL of visual aids.

As far as content, definitely use the aerospace angle. Talk to you kid and ask him what he likes about space. Then fold it in!

+1 for dropped inclusion on the alpha releases. Personally I don't know why Mozilla is including it in 3.1. Stealther works just fine, and I've always thought the idea behind all the Mozilla projects was tiny footprint. Just like linux distros, by default only the minimum is there(disregarding purpose oriented *buntu versions)...then hit to repos to customize it. What will happen to stealther though?..will I need to un-install it, or will it just not be supported?
