    the good news - Your off Facebook, nice!!! the bad news when the photos were added you agreed to let facebook keep them, even tho you have deleted them they are still on their site, you can still be tagged in them, all your history of events youve been to, what's been posted is still kept

    But dont i have a resonable expectation of privacy for my facebook it is not publicly searchable, only certain people on my friends list (Access Control List) can see the information i share this would make it more like an email communication medium, not a public information source?

    Would this be hit under the DMCA for circumventing a copy protection mechanism? since they will be blocking the downloading of illegal material (movies, music, etc) it would be illegal to use a vpn to the us to bypass the filter the joys of picking up the DMCA with the free trade agreement
