The natural expectation is that CIHost would offer us a free month (or maybe more) in hosting as an apology. They are offering no such thing - only no setup fee on any new accounts we open with them. Insane! They address problems with our current accounts by offering discounts when we do new biz with them - don't they realize how unlikely that is?
