In another news, a minature steam turbine was announced. This turbine, in combination with the cooling system, allows you to do something useful with the excessive heat, i.e. like powering your PC!;-)
Now that MS doesn't have to compete anymore with others on the number of (useless) features, they now have time to fix the problems and make something good and stable. But then again where is the profit in that?
I agree that is very suitable for books. However, the audio version as broadcasted on the radio is simply terrific. I guess that version may have preceded the book. I am not so sure about how it'll end up on the big screen...
I know it's a bit late for nominations, but I think the EFF definitely needs some support for their defense of the Open Source community in the DVD cases.
Anyway, you can always vote for LiViD and Video4Linux.

That not only Linux is present behind the Hollywood scene, but also features in popular TV series and movies...
