My name is Adam Curtis, I own the domain chiptesters.com, and have also been graciously SOL by CIHOST. I'm not sure how to take this exactly after all of the lies we have gone through so far, but I was told by the billing department (press 2 during the snide, sarcastic, evil sounding man's recording) that there would be reimbursements given, and upon being transferred to the customer service department I was told that "probably the entire month of December will be reimbursed".
Let's hope CIHOST actually pulls through this time...
