Difficulty is all relative to their training and experience, isn't it. If I tried to do a basic move from one of these routines the results would be very "dangerous" to me. Just because the jr. events have limits doesn't mean the girls are not trying the more difficult moves in training.
That said the whole point here really is if the chinese gov is trying to cheat or not? Is it a different story if the gov is involved in the cheating because we all know that some of the atheletes are not relly following all the rules. It just may be the first time that we can trace the cheating up the ladder.
