They have add ons for those RC planes that give you first person view, extended controller range, and autonomous control using programmed waypoints. It doesn;t costmuch more than a hundred bucks or so. The Occupy protesters in some Euro country had their own drone to film police actions.
I think using women wanting to join the police force is a bad example to make. I don't know how it works in the US but I know of two women that have joined the state police force and have left because they couldn't cope with being surrounded by mean lesbians. I am not making that up either.
Even in the western world you will be ignored if helping you would interfere with someones life. Well most of the time.
This is a true story I like to tell. A man who had been addicted to Heroin for over a quarter of a century was in serious withdrawal after not having had any opiates for over fifty hours. He was driving to the part of Adelaide that an addict would go to to score. He was driving down a very busy road feeling extremely ill when he saw an elderly woman roll her rascal (I think that's what they call those 4 wheel buggy things) and crash to the ground. Although he was within a few minutes of getting his 'fix' he stopped and rendered her assistance until the ambulance arrived (she had broken her hip). He was the only person who offerred any assistance at all even until the ambulance arrived. No one cared except for the person who would be considered to be the most unlikely to assist. And no, he didn't steal her purse and it was never his intention to do so. This is a good stroy to keep in mind the next time you hear all drug addicts are trash.
Actually I think I discovered the dirtiest form of advertising. I was browsing one day and I started to receive pop ups loaded with CP thumbnails. After finally managing to close them I got an ad for evidence eliminator with all the FBI and Police warnings. Thankfully I knew how to clean up my PC properly. I have to wonder how many sales this technique managed.
There aren't that many one-percenters to go round. It's difficult to estimate the exact proportion, but many people think it's around one in a hundred.
Once the analog copies are gone the digital can be changed at anytime without evidence of the change being available it becomes the new truth. So yes destroyed is the right term.
Anyway, this isn't about spy vs spy stuff. It is for basic corporate and citizen espionage. How simple is it to piece together stuff you grab from drug dealers and other criminals who bought a shredder at an office supply store?
I have to agree. The terorism threat is just hocus. It really would be ridiculously easy to hurt large numbers of people and wouldn't take a genius to come up with methods. If the threat was real we would often find ourselves knee deep in corpses.

I suspect he's from the USA
During a war gaming/simulation run by the US those 'bad puppies' were the main reason that the US lost an entire carrier group
You are hopelessly naive
Is the polynomial gender neutral?

You mean it was done by a man who was terrified to say that men are better at anything then woman as it would be the end of his career.

I have had pet chickens for years. They are extremely empathetic.
The fact that if you were a rat others of your species would have rushed to help you sure puts things in perspective
