    It's"s still faster for most flights.

    I don't fly much, but I have never waited more then 20 minutes in line to get past security.
    Total time for 'flying' on my last 1000 mile trip. 7 hours.
    That included getting to the airport with enough time for four people to eat a nice dinner, security, and air flights. PDX has a good steak house in it.
    I could cut 2 hours by losing the meal.

    Good luck doing that in a car.

  3. Nope. I know people love to quote that, but all it seems to do is indicate someone can't do statistics.

    That number comes form just comparing number of deaths.
    When you look at comparing miles moved, number of people operating the vehicles, I don't think it's safer.
    Aircariers 1.9 deaths per 100 million planes, auto 1.3 deaths per 100 million cars.

  4. Something goes wrong in a vehicle, the vast majority of the time you end up stuck on the road.
    In a plane you are likely to die.

    I've know a lot of pilots. Some a great, others are barely maintaining min standards, and their safety checking is...less then one would like.

    UAV is not the same as RC.

    That said - whyn would you say that? millions of people fly R/C and UAV millions of miles a year without injury. Compared to the minimal impact of an injury the vast majority of time, not worth having a general license.
    Now, a license to fly within 50 meters of a crowd? sure.

    Who the hell is making your drones? Anyway, just put a drop of nail polish on the scree and it will stay fast with the bonus you can get them unscrewed later. Lock tight on small screws can sometimes be more permanent then one would like.

    Lets say you have 10,000 shares of a company available.
    In the 1 second, there are 10 bids to each buy 2000 shares.
    Who gets to buy it first?
    Who gets to see the share disappear without buying?

    I've changed parts in many, many computers and only had it come up with a mobo change.

    Every HD I have purchased in the last decade with comes with a disk for cloning, or you can download it from the manufacturer.

    Of course usually I just clone it and call it good.

    RAM disk(drive) is not cache, nor should it be used like cache.
