    no. All the proves is the system is complex, and that some action are automatic, like blinking.
    Just because some action happen involentarily doen't mean no action is a product of free will.

    There are some very specific tests I'd like to see done.
    For example: without free will how to you come to a new idea? how do you work out a math problem you have never done before?

    I think the vast majority of what re do an say are rote and lack free will; but I think it's free will that allows us to change what we do.
    Evolutionary this makes the most sense to me(at this time), becasue you don't want to wade through a series of decision points when you need to get away, or avoid a danger.

    IF you give a definition that can be applied to something we all agree isn't alive, then the definition is incorrect, or at the very best, incomplete.

    Differentiating "just chemical reactions" from "life" is the purpose of said definition."

    Software development certainly is engineering. sadly only a few people have the experiences and engineering know how to apply it to software design. This is the primary reason software sucks. Bloated, spaghetti, illogically layers of unreliable bird crap.

    IT work that means installing computers? no, stem is't really needed.

    Of course the term Information Technology is pretty useless anyways.

    DO you know the facts all this science is based on? at all?
    Let me clue you in:
    1) CO2 is transparent to visble light
    2) CO2 is opaque to infrared light.
    3) Visible light creates Infrared frequencies when it strikes something.

    Predictions form these faces:
    1) The globe will trend up on top of preexisting cycles. Check
    2) The upper most atmosphere will not warm: Check.
    and so on and so on

    What do you propose will happen with the extra energy that is trapped?

    And China is working on their issue, so I'm not sure what you mean by free pass. They are investing 10's of billions into cleaner systems.

    No it enforces this rule pretty evenly across the board. I suspect in 5 years this won't be an issue becasue they will have proper regulation.

    Drones are cheap. That means there will be a lot of them and we don't want a swarm of unregulated drones flying all about because it would be a hazard.

    The VAST majority ( > 99.99%) of project done by the federal government are complete on time and budget and with little waste.
    All these number are available.
    The US government does it shit really well compared to pretty much every other government.

    The only think hurting the government is people claiming the government can't do anything to strip it of funding so it can't do anything.

    A political stunt. Large system will change, every large system I a aware of has system to deal with and mitigate change and can adjust. But thats too complex for journalist, so when a group comes out and uses partial information and FUD journalist will just Parrot it instead of actual tell us the story.
