    DC has the history, brand recognition, and money. Tat's why they chose DC.
    Movies need to appeal to a mass audience, and immediate brand recognition.

    Personally, I would like to see them tone Supes, and The Flash down a bit in a movie reboot.

    For example

    Big hair in leet speak, followed by the first three and last letter of the site name.
    Hard password, easily done.
    No, that's not my password.

    If it only allows 8* the first 8 is still hard.

    Classic republican tactic. Attack the facts and use ad hom attacks. Then their people just repeat the lie on blogs. Pretty soon teachers are villinized and cutting funding for schools becomes easier.

    Kahn is like getting a point by point lesson on solving the steps or an Algebra.
    The Classroom should be about that and why you use it and how to apply it.

    There is no comparison. Khan isn't teaching, and teachers shouldn't be teaching like Khan.

    I always looked at it as a great way to explain the process to kids.

    When my kids are frustrated with a problem, I will bring up an example in the Khan academy. It helps them, or at the very least helps them tell me precisely where they are confused.

    And any parent knows, when A kid is frustrated, getting a lesson from a parent can exacerbate the problem.

    That said, if you only went to the Khan Academy to learn math, you will miss out on the finer details that are important with more advanced math. It doesn't help people THINK about what the math is doing. Subtle, but important distinction. I wan't my kids to know where and when to apply Algebra and Geometry in the real world. I do it often enough where the see it, but extra is good.

    No, it was not. The only cable that ever said that was ON TV, and that wasn't for 'shows', that was for shows on their channel. Like if HBO has it's own box on your TV.
    No other cable company every promised that because it makes no damn sense.

    People who sold satellite, the big ones, would say things like that because the feeds weren't scrambles, so you could get shows before commercials were inserted.

    While the channel will mean just that: which chanel do you gte your media. It won't be a frequence, but it will be a channel of delivery.

    Prime time means the shows you watch during a peak period. That will not go away.It will change. Instead of being "What prime time shows do people watch", it will be "what shows do people watch during prime time?"

    People respond to ads different at different times of day.

    SCADA systems all over the country are constantly being probed and attacked. Avery day.
    IT's not hyperbole at all. This isn't physical warfare. A small team of people could attack everything he mentions at the same time.
    It would be a cheap attack, it would be an effective attack, and probably very successful.

    I love my blue tooth heads set. It's Stereo so I can listen to music and podcast. I can play games and not bother anyone, and I can take calls.
    I'm sure it's another step to me eventually becoming Lobot.
