    actually, no it doesn't. My condo, 3 miles from the beach in Huntington Beach cost me 1100 a month.

    Had I move a city in, it would have been 900. Had I moved 25 miles south east..ish., it would have cost the same, but have been 4 time bigger.

    That was 12 years ago, so I went to look up current Orange c\County Ca. Prices 955 and up.

    So, you can make 100K, and pay a little more in rent, but the cost of pretty much everything else is cheaper.
    And the women are hotter, and the beach is warmer,..and everyone is above average.

    I do. In my experience , Software engineers with a good process are far, far superior them someone who is smart but has no process.

    Few tonnes of iron in orbit is worth a fortune that someone can and will use.
    What can we do with a orbiting piece of iron? We have no technology to mine in space, and the cost to use it would be more the sending iron from the earth.

    It would be far better sending it to someplace we plan to go to. Drop a bunch of thm on Mars. Easier to mine and use right there. Or the moon.

    because we want kids to try. The football team may seem like a path, but for the vast, vast majority of them it will go no where.

    If a child is in high school an displaying football, and is under 6 feet, the parents shouldn't be relying on a foot ball future.

    Since kids a re lazy, and ignorance is a low energy state, we have to set goals for them.
