Correct, a warrant has to be signed by a judge and shown to the cell company before the cell company can release records. The cell company could be in big trouble by releasing it without the warrant.
I know there are several phones that can do voice calling. Having not used one myself, I wouldn't want to recommend one. I have also seen voice command computers that will type spoken words.
My experience is that battery life with any electronic device is dependant upon the amount of usage. Therefore, I don't understand how someone could accurately predict 10 hours without knowing the usage.
