I can not recommend Ubuntu to new users at all at this point. For having things "just work", Mint is where it's at, these days. Canonical got too full of themselves, and dropped the ball. Unity isn't the only problem.

They'll argue we should cut public education, as if an uneducated populace will have no effect on them and their families.
So in other words you can't really come up with a firm example to back up your assertion? Surly if the Democrats propose this sort of thing every day, you can find one example?
