I know there is Windows2000 out and all. but when I was forced to admin a NT network at my last job, NT was the bigest pain in the ass to install. I can probally count on one hand the number of first try succesfull installs.

Well, if I understand the article correctly you need to use something to rip the video data from the DVD before you can compress it into mpeg4. That is were DeCSS would come in. I have read that there is better tools for this anyway.

If all you want is not to have cookies be set, you could sybolic link your cookie file to /dev/null.
