I lived in Morgantown WV (USA) for a year.
Morgantown is a small city of about 50,000 people which has had a PRT system since the 1970s. It's the same exact thing, small electric vehicles with a max capacity of 12 people that don't have drivers but are controlled from a central station that monitors/controls all the vehicles on the system. They even call it the "PRT".
It's a terrible form of transport, no different than any other public transit.
