Yes. I have checked out a few including team viewer, but Zolved is just perfect.
I use it when I have to do support calls with really non technical people.
Works like a charm.
If they were going to do this, I would suggest using Blender instead. Its open source and every bit as good as Maya 3D studio etc (From what I have read)
Granted I have not used Maya myself, but look at what the pro's can do with blender
