I first thought that the party system we could all join a party and then join a game and we would be in a party of the game. Not sure if this works for all games as two friends and I were in a party a joined a Left 4 Dead (OMG this game is intense) game and I had to still invite them. So we where playing with some other guy we didn't know and he wasn't talking. We were pissed that he wasn't talking but later we realized that we were all still in our party chat. I guess that is my fault though. I didn't try HALO3, GOW2, or COD4 so I don't know if the party system works with some games and not others.
