If they exposed all their found wealth to the risk of the next big thing then they weren't very smart. People like Trump fail again and again but the key is that they secure wealth in their own pocket that isn't exposed to the next failure.
The internet was made with open sharing in mind. Corporations don't want to participate in sharing, ergo we get crap. Personally I think we have to many little apps on phones as it is, now we will have the too many little apps problem on PCs as well.
There are many more Android boxes available for much less. Obviously quality varies, but the Xiaomi Wi box is supposed to be superb and available for $70. It doesn't come with a game controller, but the remote is supposed to be pretty good and doesn't the Shield just play Android games anyway?
This will just get worse and worse until organizations understand that technology is as important to their business plan as proper accounting, lawyers and paying shareholders. Up until now it seems to be an afterthought, glommed on and budgeted like office supplies.
I'm fine with watching older shows, but that would mean sitting out of every one my favorite shows for a year. That would suck. Plus only maybe 30% are on a streaming service anyway.
TV is usually how i enjoy time with friends and family. Sure we could play cards or something, I'm not opposed to that, but all those things you mentioned are very active things and take a certain amount of time planning and dedication. Some times people are just in the mood to sit and be entertained while doing nothing.
I honestly can't find anything good to watch on Netflix. Any show I recognize is season behind or more and I've already seen it. My wife watches movies on it, but because she doesn't mind B movies. Very few are really top tier movies.
To be fair, a lot of us like to live where there is a substantial amount of nature and we don't look out of our bedroom window and see the house next to us. There is more to life than just a paycheque. You have to look at the quality of life you are getting; being able to live close to work and not paying through the nose to be packed into a little postage-sized lot are big concerns. Otherwise you're just living to work.
Why do EV proponents always think it will be awesome to stop where there is an EV station? Sure even people in ICEs need to stop once in awhile but I sure don't want to be forced to hang around a filling station when I stop. Everything is sure to be twice the price there for one thing.
Yeah old people are going to love being stranded in the middle of nowhere. It's not like any would have to get back to take medication at certain times or anything.
Does he have any business that is profitable and doesn't rely on government subsidies?

But you could have bought any less expensive android box and done the same.
Don't Jags suck for the price? Why are you comparing to Jags?

Why wouldn't you just play the game on a PC monitor then? Or attach the PC to a TV?
Most android boxes have hardware acceleration for that, yes.
Where is the game actually running then?
You need at least a core i5, Skylake, or a $250 video card to do HECV decoding. A PC would come to around $350.

So the key sequence that halts everything and restarts no matter what should be EASY to hit accidentally?
Generally speaking, people are interested in seeing the current season of Walking Dead.
I'm fine with watching older shows, but that would mean sitting out of every one my favorite shows for a year. That would suck. Plus only maybe 30% are on a streaming service anyway.
Except I've never heard anyone say they want to see *anything* on Netflix. Walking Dead, yes. Game of Thrones, yes. Neither can be found on Netflix.
If people weren't accepting of the risk, they wouldn't be out there to be in an accident.

So I can eat food that tastes good all my life and I only have a one in five chance of it being a factor? Here's the rolling the dice!
Is that a bad thing? Third world countries seem to be getting a lot of work these days.
So this doesn't answer my question. What if the restaurant I want to stop at isn't around a charging station? Let's put it that way.

You missed the point. If I buy a new phone, how do I use my 30 pin dock devices.
