As for evolution, it is often used not just as a theory, but to "prove" God does not exist, we are just slightly improved MONKEYS (you included!) and we have no soul and that life is just genes and environment and that after death there is permanent lack of consciousness.
There is no morality, people aren't responsbile (genes and environment are) so we shouldn't put anyone in jail since they aren't at fault for anything.
The school district should print up new stickers, which explain that they had stickers which added a disclaimer to evolution, and they were ordered to remove them.
Making a factual statement about a court order HAS to be legal, and people reading it would be inclined to think twice about a theory which the courts prohibited attacks of.
As for the credibility of evolution without any divine influence, how about I get a few pounds of sand, copper and plastic, and throw it in a pile and see if a Pentium 4 3.0 GHz PC will just evolve out of it. Even if I could wait a billion years, I don't think I'd be successful.

Well, at least the grain industry will be healthy, even if we aren't.

Courts don't like individuals using corporations to shield themselves from personal liability. They do not want to lose the ability to seize and sell personal assets because someone created a corporation to stop that from happending.
Losing a lawsuit means not only will many people not hire you, your credit rating can go down into the untrustworthy or worse range due to having a judgement against you.
Just tell the business people that the "open source" movement is different than the "free software" movement. One is about more useful software, and the other is political. If you disagree with the politics of "free software" or think they are lunatics, you can still support "open source". The licenses may be the same, but the attitudes and emphasises are not.
29.95 is likely too cheap to sell software at. Raise the price to at least 39.95 or even 49,95 or 99.95 (depending on what it is) and you'll likely get MORE customers, since they'll think it is better.

At least the laptop heat affects on fertility are temporary, but microwaves can sterilize for life. Same goes with the 2.4 GHz networks and phones. Perhaps this is part of why the people are getting less and less healthy in the USA with each passing year.
About your hot tub thoughts, are you sure? People will get uncomfortable well before their body temperature rises to a danger point. If I reach 101F, I am wanting to jump out ASAP.
