Yes, Windows used to be pretty bad in stability, security and user-friendlyness. But right now, I think it's very fast, stable and secure.
Good enough for me, espcially since they provided it as a free update, and are continually adding new features for free.
Microsoft is changing (true, it's about time!) for the better, imho.

Why not include other browsers such as Opera, Vivaldi, or even Safari?
