Last week I was asked to clean an executives blackberry. His track ball was dirty and he couldn't get it to work. Never-mind taking the phone apart voids the warranty. I cleaned the phone (90 minutes) and during that time I posted in my Sametime (company instant messaging status) Cleaning an executives blackberry. 2 hours later I got written up. So the lesson to be learned is to never tell people what your doing for executives cause they may get pissed off.
I am using PSN.NET and NORTHPOINT.NET and I am having no problems. I do live close to the CO " 3000 FT " away.. But Besides the installation " waiting a week for some tweaking " I am cool. I still remeber having to deal with @home for 3 months to get my Cable Modem problems solved.. So Just hang in there or if your in the Chicago area use PSN.net they are great..
I went from @home cable modem service to DSL service. I like my DSL. I get 784k both ways and have had little if no problems after the first 2 weeks. Keep this in mind... When getting any service such as DSL or Cable dont expect it to work right for at least a month. This is a new technology and there needs to be time for the company to tweak settings. If you go into it with that mind set then you will be cool. My provider is PSN.NET and NORTHPOINT.NET == Both very good companies.

There are Lies....
There are Damm Lies...
There are Bloody Damm Lies...
Then There are Statistics..
This is a perfect example of this theory.
