    The laws of physics and materials' physical properties haven't changed much since we started building bridges a couple thousand years ago, but the stability of computer systems is constantly in flux. What performs flawlessly now might crash and burn with the flip of an errant bit; usually not so much for a bridge.

    Naah, not nearly draconian enough. How about: if you cannot have a baby by immaculate conception, you should not be permitted to have normal sexual relations.
