    I doubt it (then he would have called it lies not deceits) especially since nobody has objectively pointed out lies. Perhaps he knows that less intelligent people don't understand the art of the subjective documentary, perhaps he wishes to capitalize on that, or perhaps he genuinely doesn't get it either. Perhaps more people should study art more - or just study in general. That's the really unplesant side of Moores movies, it underlines just how many idiots there are. Its a sad fact.

    But I've never seen him do that. When ever someone says "look what he did there" - I look at them instead and wonder if they never have see any tv or movies or anything. If they have lived in a cave. "He is not misleading, you are just stupid when you watch that". I havne't seen all of this, but most of the time its just people not liking his opinion.

    Facts don't speak for themselves. You have to apply an opinion to them. And he does that.

    And that's the site you link to, its not called lies - because there are no lies. Its called "Deceits" because if you are stupid enough you might have felt "deceived" (strangly enough its mostly americans who don't seem to get it). I remember people were looking at those so called 50 deciets and all of it is just anohter point of view and spin

    http://www.sanctuaryforall.com/ is a site trying to see if they can make a new entertainment model to work: They produce "webisodes" (roughly 15 minuttes a piece) only for the website, its not for tv, its not for dvd's its for tv. If enough people buy it they'll make more - but... no subtitles, except some fans haved started to make their own and link to them in the forum.

    You'd think that someone who tries to be inventive and use the internet as a new medium would take that in to cosideration, but apparently they can't be bothered.

    (With their prices I doubt they'll last long anyway, but that's a differen story)

    Nonsense, read the ruling. What AC (and others here) have said is what happened, if the information has been in the ram then it has been within your power to store it and you can be ordered to do so. That's what she ruled. Not they hand over some hardware.

    This includes data for which my server is not the intended recipient, as it has still been electronically stored on my system. For example, I could record the addresses of all emails that route through my server. And since this recording is my property, my consequent sale of said information to interested third parties is completely legal.

    So if you route all torrent information through your machine you get to own all the movies, is that what you are saying?
