I guess it's all marketing strategy failure. Each different countries have different needs, habits and interest. The marketer should now their market first. There's no point, for instance, selling woolen sweater in tropical countries.Or just targetting to sell IPhone to a certain market niche.
Btw, i wonder if they really sell it for free.. I could fly there lolz
