Yes. At least for me. I don't buy new games and rely on "bargain priced" old titles from ebay.
Last game I pre-ordered as soon as they announced it is Falcon 4.0 Allied Force in 2005, about 29$.
Still remember when new titles hit 50$ mark, maybe a year ago? But even before that I have begun to play much less games, and maybe out of the game market by now. Only play casual small games.
