Umm... are you serious? You ask the question, "What kind of online music store doesn't have Foo Fighters?" - Well I'm willing to bet that NONE of them do. You opened up Poisoned, which is not an online music store. It's a P2P program. If the Foo Fighters do not want to do online music, then no one can make them do that, not even Microsoft.
The primary problem with Communism, and the primary reason that it wouldn't work, is that in the "ideal Communism" there would be no reason for anyone to try harder, and go above and beyond
Wow.. that is a short-sited statement. You don't think there could be competition between people in a communism? Communism doesn't mean that everyone earns the same amount of money. Or even that there is only 1 car company. You think all the GM car companies don't compete with each other?? These are the typical arguments of America's brainwashing of anti-communism. If you would just give it some rational thought, I bet you could come up with several innovative ways to include competition in Communism
And yes, communism has been tried in a couple human societies, but the reason they failed was because they were Totalitarianistic. If the Communism has a proper government (like democracy), then it would have a chance at success. The issue for those societies was not Capitalism vs. Communism - it was Totalitarianism vs. Democracy.
Besides the fact that I followed all the instructions for iCommune and it doesn't seem to work. This product doesn't seem to be Rendezous enabled.. doesn't seem that useful. Apple will come out with something much better soon I'm sure.
All this talk about Fire. What about the real best IM client for OS X out there? Adium! (http://adiumx.com/) it rocks. Try it out. I'm using Jaguar right now, and I don't use iChat, I use Adium. It's way better.
Anyways.. enough of the rant on Adium vs... I wish that AOL would just open its doors. It's not like it's going to loose business here. All the AOL users still use AOL for their messaging, and I imagine that's where they get a whole lot of their money from. The banner ads on AIM can't provide that much for them. Am I wrong?
