Yes, when complaining about unimportant shit that really has no relevance on this topic, you should go on as an AC. After all, it just adds some insight to the people that went and got an account to keep themselves from getting associated with people like you.

That is, if they send me free hardware. I don't mean to sound mean, but isn't it something fishy about that "review"?

Hell, if I could get something for free that thing alone would be a bonus in my review. Free stuff is good stuff. Even if it's bad, it's still good just because it was free. And now it's certified.

Stem cells have the potential to help millions of people all around the world and finally we are seeing some results? Go China! As long as the clones produced are entitled the same rights as every other human being I am for it.

Science is a natural enemy of the church and religion so anythings scientific that actually can point to taht the world was not created by a God will get very little press. Religion is big business and a lot of people make money on it.

Money rules the world. If someone discovered a way to totally wipe out aids it would probably be tucked away until soemone found a way to medically "treat" AIDS because that is what brings the money in.

Hell, there is a lot of people denying evolution, yet there are so many pieces of evidence. Point out to a christian that a gorilla is 97.2% the same as a human and they won't listen to you anymore.

Religion and the need to control people will always keep science at a safe distance from the rest of us.

    What? Me paranoid? Naah.

  7. Cheaper software = Less warez. on College Students Are Buying More, Warez-ing Less · · Score: 1

Research shows that if music/software was cheaper more people would buy them instead of downloading illegal copies. It's quite a hassle to find and download warez, plus the fact that you don't get any support on teh stuff. As a student, usually your economy is very strained as it is and therefore warezing might seem like a temporary solution since not every company make edu-versions of their programs. Hopefully more companies will realize that if they lower their prices they'll make more money since more people will buy. That means that more people get to evaluate their programs = free feedback.

The problem with fences is that people get crushed against them. It's a known problem at soccer-games and the riots afterwards and/or during. Maybe if they did it with fences + the goo people would just slip away from eachother? ;)
