  1. Climate Change? What the Hell is that? on BBC Wants Evidence of Climate Science Bias · · Score: 1

Hell it was 80F here the other day now it is 27F. That would be climate change. The question is not whether it is real or not but whether it is caused by Humans. More importantly is it caused by White, North Americans. Most of the world believes it is caused by WNA... Why? because they hate us. We drive SUVs, eat everything we want and throwaway half of it. Build houses out of nice, pretty trees, and generally shit on most of the world as we do it. Fair enough... Sometimes we can be bad. Still best place to live but hey that is a different story. Any way I think that we WNAs have little to no effect on the long term outcome of this planet. Granted Europeans don't like being runner up in the "Who's the best country Award". But really has anyone looked at the big ball of fire in the sky. Last time I checked it has more effect on the climate of this small worthless planet than hair spray and Tony the Tiger.

  2. Global Bullsh@t on Study Finds World Warmth Edging to Ancient Levels · · Score: 1

Don't take into account that one volcano spits more shit into the air that man can in a few hundred years. Or the fact that we are in a 10 year cycle with increased solar activity. Hell take a look at Mars and it's polar caps. They come and go like the tides. Last time I checked the republicans didn't have a car on mars.... Oh crap they do have one car on mars. Never mind maybe global warming is a real threat. We have no control on our climate and Al Gore spews more co2 gas than a small third world country.

  3. Re:Obvious? on PR Firm Behind Al Gore YouTube Spoof? · · Score: 1

Dear god folks it is humor. I swear since when did anything on then net need a disclaimer? Hell it is on youtube! All this bashing of the terrible republicans is a joke. Look at Reuters this weekend they posted a very bad doctor picture and you don't see people screaming about that. But put a video of crazy ass Al gore talking to penguins and you people scream about a disclaimer. I know a ton of you were to young to remember that Clinton was in office for 8 years with a full democrat house and senate. What problems did he solve? Where was the funding for hydrogen cars and all the things that would reduce our need for fossil fuels? Didn't happen. No party has an answer. Nobody wants to drill for more oil so screw it, I hope it hits $5.00 a gallon. Maybe then people will start realizing you have to increase oil production and increase funding and research at the same time. As for the stupid video, if it was another video of bush as hitler how many of you would be calling for a disclaimer? That is what I thought.

No other machine looked as nice as a sgi. Even today some of those systems look wonderful. They where always overpriced and I hated installing irix but I will always love their systems and I really hate to see them go. I lift up my morining cup of joe to the once great SGI. The maker of the sweetest looking machine to ever display a *nix.

  6. Echostar on Echostar/Dish Network Pulls Viacom Channels · · Score: 0

I switched to DirectTV yesterday for two reasons. First I have wanted to get the sunday ticket for years now and Dish can't provide it. Second, they cut viacom off yesterday. I don't care an ass about the stupid little guy against the giant. Please people, don't try to make this into a holy war. CBS is the most watched daytime channel, kids all over america are shitting themselve about Nick. And gangsters can't get their ganster rap on MTV. This is a business, they provided a service, don't cut channels because you can't work out contracts. STUPID move on dish's part. They site was down yesterday, the phones where ringing off the hook and direct TV was getting all the action. Every expense is passed on to the viewer so big deal about the additional .69 cents that would have been passed on.
