    If you like listening to online radio all day long, a constant 56k stream can quickly add up to your 1gb limit.

    Exactly the point I, and others are making. If you want to sell a product in the US, france, or some tiny island off the coast of australia, you need to follow the rules of that particular country.

    Why does everyone in the USA assume that everyone else in the world will somehow obey US law when it is made "illegal"?
    Since when does everyone in France think that an American company, yahoo, will obey French laws and not sell nazi memorabilia?

    Hell, the simplest would be an easy reading comprehension or logic test with a short-answer blank - the computer would never get it, and all humans would.
    This being posted on a site where everyone jumps into the discussion about the article without ever reading the article, but claim they know everything about it since they read the comments by the editors who don't read their own site and can't see the exact same story posted four slots down.
