I'd have to agree with that statement. The interface is very simple, and loads quickly! Its straightforwared with none of the crap all the other search engines put on them. Google rocks.
Sony and the rest of the RIAA pundits seem to be missing the fact that consumers will not stand for ANY format that utilizes copy protection. Get a clue.
I can't remember the last time MS did anything that WASN'T a PR move or profit oriented. Why the hell can't they do anything for the good of the people? And NO, throwing IE4 in with Windows does not count:)
How can this be? The courts seem to treat domain names like real estate, giving an actual dollar amount on the value of them. Therefore, like real estate, the knowledge of who owns what deserves to be publicly available!
I've really got to hand it to Eric. I think he's got something that's missing in many computer "enthusiasts" today - a love for technology that DOESN'T revolve around money.
Is anybody actually surprised by this? I mean, Gates is truly scared sh*tless, and he's just not letting on.
Its common knowledge that when he goes back to his henchmen at Fortress MS, he'll be asking "How can we use our enormous user base to illegally undermine this OS which is of higher quality?"
In the Fall of 97 I bought a copy of Visual J++ for $50. It came with a free copy of NT 4.0. How about that? You can't find it that cheap anywhere else.

Thats what their outrageous licensing fees are for....$$$$$$$.
It seems to me that any self respecting company would fix their own screw-ups for free. Doesn't the consumer deserve at least that much?
Pardon my ignorance, but what are you talking about?
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STOP IT ALREADY!
What in God's name would possess you to check something like that?
There's still dilbert.
Does anybody actually beleive this will change the way M$ does business?
I don't.
