If the writers of the constitution believed that women should vote and deliberately avoided denying them the right to vote in the document, then why would they as the first federally elected officials and men of prestige and power within their own states, deny women from voting in the first elections?
All of those reasons you state why we can't call the founding fathers racists, bigots, and sexists, are also reasons why the constitution's values are not that of our own time and should be changed. You can't logically have it both ways.

The whole slavery sections sort of stand out as a limit to any of their perceived greatness. Those who had slaves were even more tyrannical to them than the British crown ever was to them.
No one claimed justifiable execution. They did claim that OSB tried to fight the seals and could not be taken peacefully.
The evidence to his culpability with the multiple terrorist attacks over the years has been available for a while. A trial would definitely not go back and cover things not relevant to the trial ( such as any cia funding/training of his counter soviet activities) . Sadam was also funded by the US. His trial did not cover any US sponsorship of this crimes against his own people.

The benchmarking tests were too simple to extract any real conclusions. Any scientist or social scientist would be embaressed to release such a study.
