it is not the price of MS software that was raising issues of monopolization, it was the heavy handed business practices, and forcing other competitors out of business...
Just because some companies use PhysX for pretty effects only, does not mean that someone else wont come along and use it for something cool that will add something to gameplay...
I dont consider ticket sales as an indicator who should win (nor should it). But sometimes you have to wonder if it is rigged... Not actually saying it is, but sometimes you wonder....

Ten do this all the time, Foxtel show something, does well, they copy it... Dexter (Ten still haven't started S4), Saving Grace (coming soon to TEN, 2 seasons played on Foxtel). And then they pretend that they are doing us a favour....
I remembered when Simpsons went "Widescreen", they forgot to tell us that it also went "HD", because their HD channel is 24 hours of crappy sports...

Actually HTC pumped out the Nexus for Google.
Android encourages (obviously i t does, it a Google OS) to use a google account, all contacts, calenders, are sync'd to your gmail account....
