when you receive a ticket by mail, it will actually tell you to send in a statutory declaration if you were not the driver at the time of the infringement, and to name who was driving. A judge got busted recently here for using a dead person as the alternate driver.
The correct way to version your software (according to M$) is:
1.0, 1.x, 2.0, 2.x, 3.0, 3.1,3.11 , 95, 95 osr2, 98, 98se, ME : if it runs on DOS.
OR
3.0, 3.1, 3.5, 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003, Vista, 2008, 7 : if it NT based.
See it is all so clear....(did I miss any?)
What I don't like is when they release a product using the "Some program for windows v3", does that mean it only runs on win 3, or is it v3 of the software.
It is so funny, When XP was released I couldn't wait, and loved it, but a lot people said, that they were going to stick with win98, Then vista (which I liked) comes out and everyone says "i'm gonna stick with XP". Just accept it and move on.....
What I find funny about it is, that if he used a photoshop'ed Miley for sexual gratification it is illegal, but if he used a real picture of Miley at the Beach, in a Bikini, readily available in any gossip magazine, it would not be illegal...
Hope you called it XXXML...;-)

If they can patent a single gene, why can't I patent my whole DNA. That way the police cant use it without paying me royalties......Ha Ha....
I think I might sue them as well - it is a clear cut case of discrimination.
