When the media and the masses think of violent/sexual video games and their affects on society, they are really thinking about children. No one cares what an adult plays for a video game. For you parents out there, whether your child is playing a violent/sexual video game or looking at the female form labeled "art" its all the same.
Its so funny to see people say that kind of stuff... "Thats it! Govt is too big, lets move to Canada!" C'mon... Canada is more liberal and has bigger government than we do here.
I think you mean you need to move to Mexico where the govt doesn't use its power to protect its people...
The internet is a public domain, why would law enforcement require a permit for that? And besides, almost all entities such as places of business/education and many ISPs will willingly give this information up anyways...
After reading this article I had a smile on my face. I think its a magnicant idea! The line at the end, "no more defeatist than pruning an overgrown tree so it can once more bear fruit" was perfect.
