1) Look up.. 2) We don't need to run a plant. The planet does it for us. All we have to do is gather it up and transport it wherever we want. Some novel ideas are needed for the gathering process out in the oceans, but pipelines aren't an issue. And neither is a small amount of leakage.
The problem remains strictly a matter of choice. Resources and tech are there. But the speculators have other ideas. They see more profit in fomenting war.. That is the root of the issue. It IS the issue.
