    This is why spews is great. They don't just block the machine that got spammed, but the ISP hosting the site advertised in the URL, forcing the ISP to remove the spammer completely.

    I guess you could use this to take out your competion by sending fake spam though. Oh well.

    Spammers could also claim that I, as the end consumer, should be interested in their widget, just like the business. Unless someone is asking to receive information about Widget A on their site, then I still say its spam.

    I believe that upskirting has been found illegal in many states. If you are in the US, you may get into a lot of trouble today as well.

    The .NET Framework SDK has an awesome Class Reference. I have found that it even has more sample code than javadocs most of the time. This is also available on MSDN.

    VS.Net has similar javadoc functionality though exporting xml documentation for all methods. Use a util such as nDoc to give you a nice helpfile for your libraries.

    The are attempting to punish the ISP by forcing them to lose business. The whole point is to get the innocent people to find another ISP and put the ISP out of business, OR, force them to have a zero tolerance spam policy.

    Where did you find these figures? 10,500 servers changed from sql server? I imagine they just applied the patch that had been out for 6 months and carried on.

    I made my own slashdot avantgo channel and it includes comments that are scored above 3, but i don't have anywhere to host it and run the perl scripts. if someone wants to host it, they can use it.
