I think that it is strange that you[CmdrTaco] find this story so irrelevent. I will bring to light this poll that/. did: Browser Wars. Now unless the 40% of IE users were running WINE then perhaps you are right. Sure, some of these people could be at work/school, but it just goes to show you that this kind of news is not pointless to all/. readers.
In fact I would also bet that there were a good deal of Netscape users that were running windows too, but I won't get into that.
Ok, it may not be constitutionally guaranteed, but it is *implied*. This matter of privacy also falls under Tort law which states that and invasion of privacy includes:
* The use of a person's name, picture, or other likeness for commercial purposses without permission.
* Intrusion on an individual's affairs and seclusion.
* Publication of information that places a person in a false light.
* Public disclosure of private facts about an individual that an ordinary person would find objectionable.
I just like after looking through those 50-odd windows that flood the screen(all porn related of course), you then have to find on about 5 of those windows the first letter of the last sentence of the 4th paragraph of the main page, in order to get the password for the ftp site that is hosting all of those "supposed" games.
Good Times...

I just type in chase.com/online and that takes you right to the secure login. Maybe that's just for CCs though, as that's all I have from Chase.

I don't know about you all, but those "disaster areas" remind me an awful lot of my apartment.
