Whatever that means I'm sure it's not a very long time, and it only affected "a spot with a diameter less than a twentieth of the width of a human hair", and there's that offhanded reference "nearly invisible to extreme ultraviolet radiation", which all adds up to an incredibly useless product...though I'm sure it's really exciting with all those "lasers" and whatnot.
