    Racism is only bad unless it is against a white person - then it is "affirmative action" which is very positive. Even for the white guy who is discriminated against it is a good thing. He knows, he says merrily to his children: "Hey kids, no Christmas presents this year, we just helped out a black guy through affirmative action!".

    This is a racist policy. Let's be very clear about the language here! By "minority" they mean: NOT WHITE. Right? Or am I wrong?

    So this is a policy which discriminates against whites. Well we are a poor white family. Why can't my family benefit from this? Oh, because we are white. But hey, that is not discrimination, right? We have not been discriminated against! Right? Because we are white and there are some rich whites (look at Al gore, he is very rich). So because we are a poor white family, we must be rich and advantaged, right?

    This is f*cking outrageous that any organisation can on the one hand be sued for discriminating against "minorities" but on the other is lauded for discriminating against whites!

    Let's get this straight. You have no programming experience and you want to make games. Well, I am a fat 42 year old without a drivers licence but I would like to become an F1 driver. We can all dream, but I am not going to post a question in F1 Magazine asking for advice on how to get signed up by a team.

    These days games are made by production companies. They have huge resources and budgets. This is a good thing. It means that the games are better than you would get from one guy sitting at home. No matter what language you use, you are never going to come up with a competitor to Gran Turismo or GTA et al. by yourself. Whole teams work on these projects for years. Even Jon Skeet could not do this.

    I doubt their T&C stated that they take responsibility for the users data. Most T&C absolve the company from all responsibilities.

    Seriously though, you should write everything down and give it to an attorney who will pass it onto the recipient after your death. It is then up to the recipient whether they want to commit to memory and burn or keep it in a safe etc.
