  1. Except Appleinsider Did Break it on Adobe Sues MacNN Over Photoshop Article · · Score: 1

See my other comment this article, with link to screenshot of imageready 3 reg. screen with appleinsider's name on it. That means somebody filled in all the reg. forms on screen with the name AppleInsider... prolly including the "I will not gab" bit.

  2. GIMP for windows! on Adobe Sues MacNN Over Photoshop Article · · Score: 1

Installed it a few days ago, seems to work just fine. Get it here.

  3. AppleInsider DID Break the rules on Adobe Sues MacNN Over Photoshop Article · · Score: 2

Look at this screenshot from the article - It shows the splash screen of "Pet Wolverine" (Imageready 3.0) with the words "Licensed to: AppleInsider" So someone using the AppleInsider name had to fill out everything required to get their name there, which I suspect includes the whole registration and "I will not relase this info" terms.

Sorry, man. I'm think Disney bought the Muppets & everything else Jim Henson did. I would love to hear that this is false, though. Anybody know for sure?

Hutchins, Wheeler & Dittmar, huh, they must be cool. I think they sponsor WBUR (local NPR station, my general purpose news source) in the Boston area. Plus now they defend slashdot!

    yay!

Yeah, and what's up with them changing the spelling to slahsdot? It used to be so easy - I mean, just spell out "slash", then "dot", but now they make us transpose the h and the s in the middle....

So "SURGEONS FIX BOY BORN WITH HIS HEAD ON BACKWARD", "Psychic Advice from Serena", and "PANIC! World economic collapse will come in June" Didn't tip you off? It's the Weekly World News - the greatest paper you can find at the checkout counter - the only one that hasn't devolved into celebrity gossip and has stayed true to its mission of bringing us the facts about UFOs, the Face On Mars, the Loch Ness Monster, the Hoax of a Moon Landing our government fooled us with, etc... I especially like Bat Boy (and maybe the covershot on that page will give you a better idea of the paper's nature).
