You know, this is just typical. Chuck D pipes up every couple months to say something neat about mp3's, and everyone loves him. But They Might Be Giants were actually the first "established" band to release and album distributed exclusively via mp3, and nobody ever talks about them. Just another piece of evidence in the ever-growing conspiracy to shut TMBG out of the media altogether.
True, but they could still use a different network as just something to pass the time. in a way, that could make it worse, because then they might feel compelled to start waging war in this new territory. hmmm... I wonder if this could be a large and complex plot by IRCNet to transfer these "problem children" to the other major networks...
katz, i like you, i like your articles, but you gotta learn the first rule of katz-article posting: don't respond to trolls. especially if your name is jon:)
actually, if you want to save the $8 you would have spent on "Unbreakable," just don't go see it. It's the biggest piece of crap of the year, for sure.
that might be the dumbest thing i've ever heard. "people won't download this because its long and sucks, but fans will buy it because.... well, because they're fans." it just goes to show how pompous metallica (read: lars) is, that they "napster-proof" their new cd by making it crappy.

yeah, like *not* having five scenes that yield one simple fact, which is largely irrelevant to the plot. that's a quality that Unbreakable is missing.
