The Cert Advisory email had a subject of "CERT Advisory CA-2002-03 Multiple Vulnerabilities in Many Implementations" which I think covers just about any problems.
It wasn't until the body of the email that it mentions this is a problem with SNMP.
I think applying the rules for freighters on satellites seems reasonable. Ships have no reason to go to the country where they are owned, are usually company owned and are worth a lot. This is a problem they have been dealing with for years.
I totally agree with this. Western countries including the United States and Canada should be taking leadership roles in the move towards sustainable emissions.
In today's Globe and Mail there is an article showing that 93% of Canadians think the federal government should do more to fight global warming and not follow the Bush's direction on this issue.
