    Simple rain could be an issue too. Most mines have to be actively pumped to keep up with water seepage, I cannot imagine how this would not be an issue in a bunker.

    In this particular case, DC IS a no fly zone, at least since 9/11. There was talk in this area shortly after that happened to the effect of any plane flying into that region could be shot down if they were unable to identify it or if it failed to respond. This came directly from the pentagon impact as they saw that plane coming in, and tried to get it to respond, and by the time they would have shot it down, it was already too late as the decision process took too long.

    All federal employees have an oath to uphold the constitution. Just because you don't understand the legal reasoning behind the different programs you have heard only pieces of, doesn't mean that every person in these organizations is doing unconstitutional stuff. If you want, most of the legal opinions have now been published, so you can read exactly why the programs are legal and constitutional.

    The error bars on weather to the east of the Appalachian mountains are pretty crazy. The mountains screw up weather systems all the time. On top of that, this was a combination of two weather systems colliding along with warm air from the south, so which storm will win? How much does each storm contribute to the overall direction of the warm moist air?

    Proper cooling for more power being delivered. Every watt passing through the device produces heat, so the more wattage, the more surface area to dissipate heat. You asked what the difference it, I answered. Your charger can't charge tablets at full rate (2.4 amps), it is limited (2.0 amps). This means it can be smaller as it is dissipating less heat (60 Watt power supply vs 96 W power supply). It may work for you, but they are hardly the same product, converting electricity from 120-240 VAC to 5 VDC and providing that much power does require some heat dissipation.

    And any manufacturer can update to 4.4, they just choose not to. It is a free update, just like a service pack. Google is saying they cannot fix the older version, the correct solution is to update to 4.4, or service pack 3, not to bitch that they won't support the RTM version of Windows indefinitely. Complain at the manufacturers that refuse to support their product. Google already released a patch, it just is a full system update as that is what is required to fix the problem.

    This morning I reported a policeman on my way to work. They were assisting in cleaning up an accident, I feel that there is no reason not to report it. I would also report police on a policeman on the side of the road writing a ticket, you know why? That way he is less likely to be hit by a car that might not see him in time.

    The only use is not for speed traps, and saying it is is only lying.

    Most likely, the difference is in the electronics.

    The primary thing to be looking at is that the courts grant warrants, as they did in the cases you mentioned. You can't bitch and moan about the police knocking down your door to grab your computers as evidence of hacking when they have a warrant.

    When things were done without warrant, it is because it was already ruled legal.

    Tell that to all the people who bought computers that had incompatible drivers for Vista. MS should have just decompiled the drivers and given updated drivers for free for all those people who couldn't find any drivers.

    Google did fix it, and every carrier/manufacturer does have the option. The fix is in 4.4 and 5.0. Do you expect MS to support Windows 8 RTM after SP1 and 8.1 have been released? You have the option of updating, it is the manufacturer holding you back, not Google.

    The best analogy would be MS refusing to backport a patch to Win7 RTM after SP2 has already been released, which does happen.

    That is kind of interesting, everything I have read indicated there were warrants issued through the FISA court, and numerous rulings that what they were doing was constitutional, all published. Could you point me to an article stating that there was ANY unwarranted surveillance?
