  1. Really? on Does the End of KOffice Mean the End of KDE? · · Score: 1

Will people stop using KDE because Koffice changed its name from a pretty lame name that probably shouldn't have been used in the first place? Is that what your asking here? really? Or, will KDE change its name? Maybe? But does a project changing its name, probably to draw in more Gnome users, really point in that direction?

i mean, there are certain jobs you cant do being color blind, not to mention its just helpful to see a broader spectrum of colors. Its not like (cosmetic) plastic surgery where you just want to look younger or closer to societies, rather fucked up unrealistic, standard of beauty. That is trying to "normalize" and that is morally wrong. Helping people see more colors is helping people see more colors. We do have a problem with the loss and persecution of individuality (whether its a lifestyle choice or something from birth that makes one unique), but this is not the issue to start a discussion about it over.

I was decentish with QWERTY but always wanted to get better, but i found it too hard to break my bad habits. Switched to Dvorak and got a lot better. It feels so much more efficient, when i use Q i find that some words just seem so strange to type, like the whole layout is unbalanced. The only real downside is that many typos (that i make at least) tend to form words whereas on Q they form jibberish and are caught by spellcheck.

I dont know many people that jkeep their distros default colors anyway. What worries me about the screen shot is the button relocation. If mac users switching over want the buttons there they can put them there.
